When will my order ship? All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days at this time.


Can I Cancel My Order?
No, we are very quick at processing orders because we want to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.


Can I have a discount code applied after I have placed my order? No. All discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout before completing the order.


Where is my order? You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown.

Do you provide return labels? No, we do not offer return labels as returns are made at the customer's own cost. We suggest using USPS as it is the most cost efficient shipping method.

I no longer want the item, can i have a refund? No, we do not offer refunds. You may send the item back and will receive a store credit within 10 business days. (Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, accessories excluded. These are final sales).
