RETURN POLICY


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our location within 7 days from the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please make sure to fill out the return slip (available by clicking HERE) so we can ensure your credit is accurate. Please allow 10 business days to process your return once it is received to our location.


We are happy to issue you a STORE CREDIT via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) which will be processed once they are received. Depending on where you live, please keep in mind that the time it may take for your returned product to reach us may vary.

This E-Gift Card will be for use on a future purchase on www.fineandfly.com. E-Gift Cards never expire! Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges must be prepaid. Fine and Fly Shop does not provide return shipping labels.




How to make a return?


Returned items must be packed securely in their original packaging if possible. Most importantly, they must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Fine and Fly Shop tags attached.


Please print and fill out our return slip (click HERE to download a copy) or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s), there may be a delay in processing your return.


We recommend shipping packages back to us using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Fine and Fly Shop will not issue a return store credit if package lost.    



Final Sale Items

All items on sale are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, cosmetics & beauty products, bodysuits, swimsuits, and/or undergarments/lingerie, accessories/jewelry are non-returnable and final sale as well.



Exchanges


No. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item we will issue you store credit once we have received your return, that way, you may use the store credit towards the correct item/size or for another item on our website at anytime. (Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie excluded)

However, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same styles or desired size/color in-stock.



Damaged/defective Items


We will ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue a store credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect/defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.


BEFORE RETURNING A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, send us an email at info@fineandfly.com within 48 hours for return approval. Please make sure to include order number and your name in the initial email, as well as product information such as item name, size and color of the item you are returning in order to insure quick response.


If approved, kindly print and fill out this form, and return it along with the damaged item. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost.




Returns past the 7 day period for store credit

Fine and Fly Shop requires items to be returned within 7 days of original receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept items past the 7 day return policy for store credit. Such returns will be rejected and will not be returned to the sender.




Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Fine and Fly Shop reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to an irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Fine and Fly Shop reserves the right to refuse online service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
